Subject: RE: NTT

Hello Ito,
1. It is not difficult for me to tell you full scale but I wanted to
check with Rod first. He is in Mexico, not France, this week.
2. Our plan for U.S.A. people by week is: (Date given is the Sunday at
the beginning of the week)
25 Jan Jim Smith, Don Peterson
1 Feb Jim Smith, Don Peterson, Pete Green
8 Feb Jim Smith, Don Peterson, Pete Green, Rick Arthur. Tom Miller
15 Feb Rick Arthur, Terry Nelson, Tom Miller
22 Feb Terry Nelson, Rod Larson, Bob O'Niel
1 Mar Rod Larson, Brad Thoen, Bob O'Neil, Jim Langseth
8 Mar Rod Larson, Brad Thoen, Jim Langseth
3. I will be on site various days.
4. I think 2 vendor people for the first week is best, for the other
weeks we also want 2 vendor people, note, they must be crane operator
certified.
5. MTS-J Service people, I want Yugi as planned the first week, then we
need Yutaka as the 2nd MTS-J person as soon as he is available. For
sure Yutaka must be on site 22 Feb to 13 March for training the
customer. We do not have enough time to train Yugi and then have him
train the customer. We do not need another MTS-J service person.
6. We plan to finish the tunnel hardline and start flushing the tunnel
first so we can get the new oil clean.
7. Please arrange for the Vendor to go to MOC 23 February with a truck
and 2 people. You and I must meet them at MOC to pick up the
accumulators and tools we have stored there.
8. By 23 January, Yutaka will bring the van back from Shimonoseki.
Other Things:
1. The artists drawing is revised.
2. The software time to change to +/- 5 volts is only a few hours so
there is not much cost. I worry most about NTT's equipment.
Regards- Omar
